Hoy como os comenté ayer, tenía unas berenjenas blancas para sacar
y se me ocurrió la mejor manera de hacerlas; berenjenas rellenas.
Estos son los ingredientes + la carne
Las berenjenas hay que cortarlas antes de meterlas en el horno para luego sacar la carne mejor.
Aquí el resultado sin queso
Por fin el resultado final...para mi gusto le falta alguna salsa de tomate o bechamel...
