Como preparar café frappe

Café frappe

Ingredientes

  • -Café 5 cucharadas
  • - Agua 5 tazas
  • - Limón 2 unidades
  • - Brandy o whisky 1 copa
  • - Ralladura de limón 1 cucharadita
  • - Azúcar
  • - Sal
  • - Canela en polvo

Preparación

1 Hervir en una olla las cinco tazas de agua con el azúcar, una pizca de sal y ralladura de limón. Cuando alcance el punto de ebullición apagar el fuego y añadir las cinco cucharadas de café.

2 Dejar reposar hasta que esté frío y el café se sienta en el fondo.

3 Colocar el líquido dos veces para eliminar los grumos.

4 Congelar durante una hora, luego licuar agregando el jugo de limón y la crema de whisky o el brandy.

5 Servir en vaso largo procurando que quede bien espumoso y espolvorear con canela. Disfrutar bien frío.
