Nuevamente estamos con ustedes, para contarle, vivencias de nuestra tierra, de nuestra gente del oriente del país en el estado Sucre.
Hoy estuve de visita en varias hacienda, conociendo como vive nuestra gente, el día a día del campesino desde que amanece hasta el atardecer.

Today I was visiting several farms, getting to know how our people live, the day to day life of the farmer from dawn to dusk.
Comienza con una ardua faena. Desde las cuatro de la mañana, se puede mirar a la mujer atizando el fogón y preparando un delicioso café para calentar el cuerpo. Y por otro lado moliendo el maíz para hacer sus famosas arepa raspa. Pareciera un trabajo duro, pero esa es la vida del campesino. Mientras que a unos metros sé alla un hombre sentado en un ture pasando un machete de un lado al otro en una piedra de amolar para su filo sacar. Cinco de la mañana sale el campesino en silla su burro y se monta para la faena comenzar.
It begins with hard work. From four o'clock in the morning, you can see the woman stoking the stove and preparing a delicious coffee to warm the body. And on the other hand, grinding corn to make her famous arepa raspa. It seems like hard work, but that is the life of a farmer. While a few meters away there is a man sitting on a ture passing a machete from one side to the other on a grinding stone for its edge to take out. Five o'clock in the morning the farmer gets out of the saddle on his donkey and mounts for the work to begin.
El campesino, sus huellas ha dejado en aquellas tierras, como también el campo ha dejado sus huellas en él. Al mirar sus manos llenas de cayo, su piel quemada por el sol de muestra que el tiempo y el trabajo no a pasado en vano. Esa es la vida del campesino su día a día su vivencia. Al atardecer de vuelta a casa cansado, pero contento de aver cumplido con un día más de trabajo.
Pero allí no termina su día, después de bañarse se reúnen varios amigos a tomarse un café y a contar como le fue en el día y terminan con una partida de dominó. Y su esposa lavando el maíz después de haberlo raspado para preparar la cena.
The farmer, his footprints have left in those lands, as well as the field has left its traces in him. When you look at his hands full of fallen leaves and his skin burned by the sun, you can see that time and work have not passed in vain. That is the life of the farmer, his day to day life. At dusk he returns home tired, but happy to have completed one more day of work.
But his day doesn't end there, after bathing he meets some friends for a coffee and to tell them how the day went and they finish with a game of dominoes. And his wife washing the corn after having scraped it to prepare dinner.

Realmente es muy dura la vida del campesino , y sobretodo aqui en venezuela que no se impulsa la produccion como se deberia de hacer .
