Los cactus / The cactus
Hay numerosos tipos y variedades de cactus aunque se parezcan unos a otros. La mayoría poseen espinas que cumplen la función de defender la reserva de agua que está dentro del tejido de los cactus, ellos almacenan el agua para adaptarse a los hábitats secos y calurosos donde se desarrollan.
Como solo conozco lo básico de los cactus me incline a hacer modelos más simples, como mis figuras no pueden tener espinas trate de darles el efecto de otra forma. Aunque intente texturizarlos bastante es un poco complicado que se vea el efecto en la foto. Igual, a mi parecer, se distingue claramente que son cactus.
Las figuras tienen un tamaño entre 1,5 cm a 2 cm, son realmente pequeñas, por lo cual darle detalles es laborioso, pero el resultado vale totalmente el esfuerzo.

There are numerous types and varieties of cactus although they resemble each other. Most have thorns that fulfill the function of defending the reserve of water that is inside the tissue of the cactus, they store the water to adapt to the dry and hot habitats where they develop.
As I only know the basics of the cactus I tend to make simpler models, as my figures can’t have thorns try to give them the effect in another way. Although I try to texturize them quite a bit, it is a bit complicated to see the effect in the photo. The same, in my opinion, it is clearly distinguished that they are cactus.
The figures have a size between 0,6 in to 0,8 in, they are really small, so giving details is laborious, but the result is worth the effort
