So recently I decided to learn how to hit the speedbag and I must say its not as easy as it may seem to be. Whenever I would see people hit the bag, I would always observe how they hit it, because everyone has their own style, which is interesting to see and also i can learn from it. Now I hit the speed bag with skill, its a great way to exercise , stay in shape , learn your timing. Real easy to learn, just a little bit of practice , almost anyone can hit the bag.!
