Spicy foods can make our food tasty and are essential for health.Mixing our essential spice foods to make the cooking tasty.All spicy foods have many disadvantages which are not very important. We need very healthy foods for health and wellness.People are deficient in many vitamins in their lives and all kinds of foods are desperately needed. These include spicy foods, essential minerals, salt and health, and plenty of vitamins to keep warm.Although such foods are harmful to the health of the people but not to the benefit of the people and less so, consider eating all kinds of foods for the sake of health.
