The full moon in Taurus is here, eclipse on the 19th.
On a full moon, normally its a time for outward recognition, a time to reap the rewards of what was sown in the new moon.
The full moon on an eclipse is more potent but the effects are different, it has often been linked to significant changes.
Taurus Scorpio axis is one thats fixed, scorpio however is a deeply transformative sign but doesn't necessarily embrace it gracefully, neither does Taurus that wants to kick its hoofs firmly on stable ground, its known for its stubborn, disposition and laziness and even tho it is one of the signs thats well known for self care: loving a nice meal, a warm blanket, a soft caress and hot baths, ive seen the opposite play out with Taurus too...working too hard, not getting enough rest, neglecting health and hygiene, issues with giving and receiving love.

Leading up to the full moon i noticed how shitty I was feeling in my body, Taurus is connected to our physical sensations, how strong and well we feel, and how we need to comfort and care for ourselves.
My head was hurting and I felt dehydrated, leading up to the full moon, body aches and pains were Increasing also. A reminder not to forget to look after myself, drink more water, rest more, switch off my device and stretch my body.
I brought a new orthopedic pillow for better neck and back posture
