I thought it was a great question that deserves a proper answer.
There is indeed a fine line between illusion and confusion in all this. The world seems now to be menacingly getting more and more divided into two extremes – those who blindly follow and believe in science, technology and physical evidence as proof of facts, a side that is largely unconscious that Nature is the ultimate truth provider; and those who seek to get away from that side looking for refuge in their faith, new age deception, and that it’s all about yoga, love and namaste without really understanding the basics of things that should be taught in school or by their parents. In the end they are also still left with no answers for their deepest questions. This is the big division and a big issue even more so when the two parties believe in their convictions as a religion, which makes them vulnerable to illusions and manipulation. Both are always looking for a savior who knows it all, for something else besides them to come and speak of some truth and to prove they are in the right side, all in all neglecting that everyone should first of all Know about themselves in a way so that their own intuition and inner-knowing presents them with solutions that follow the principles of how this universe works.
This inner-knowing is something that most of us gradually lost over time. Our self-guidance that is never wrong when we come into balance. It is this trust in the innerself that has been taken away for generations until this day and locked in our collective subconscious mind. It’s this art of trusting in ourselves as supreme beings and creators of our experiences, deeply in line with Nature and which allows manifestations from the spiritual to the physical that we need to re-learn again. When I say Nature, it doesn’t only mean animals and plants, it is also our human nature that comes from a way bigger super-intelligent blueprint embedded inside all of us. We, as a collective lost our inner-compus, and this ability or “device” can only get more and more accurate as more and more people find a way into fixing their own devices, reaching critical mass. It is this ability that gives us from the inside all the confirmation we need, without any imaginary distortions, giving meaning to “Know thyself and you will know the universe and the gods”.
