Third eye, also known as 7th chakra, links us directly to our higher self, spiritual center and ability to access Akashic records. Akashic records are the records of each and every soul in this universe, you can imagine it to be as a big universal library of all experiences each soul has been having in entire universe.

Developing 7th chakra allows us to begin to perceive the truth what is happening around us.
I would like to share you you some signs and symptoms that you are started being awake. Anyway, I am sure, this will read only people who are being attracted to this post. So, let’s begin:
1. You eat healthy and you are always conscious about it
You recognize that food you are consuming and, also everything else, is energy. For that reason, food is vibration that is carrying information as well with it. Now you know by eating certain food, you are taking all information that food has. While developing your 7th chakra, you will become more aware of energies that play within your body and, for sure, you will care more about your body becoming more aware what you digest. Furthermore, as naturally, soon after, you will be drown to certain foods you might not be used to eating and repelled by food you have been eating for quite sometime.
2. You will start feeling pressure between the eye brows
You may feel subtle or strong pulsation in center of your forehead or just above the eye brows when your third eye starts to open. That is slow process so don’t expect it will happen in one day. When, that is The clear sign that your pineal gland is growing energetically happens when you feel pressure in that area.

3. You will experience new perception that is beyond duality
Beginning to view your life and everything else around you, with totally different new perception, is another sign that your third eye is opening. This chakra gives you ability to see the ones of all things. You will experience yourself as everyone and everything. Your intuition will increase and this will be very clear sign of your third eye opening, among of the most obvious signs. You will become one with everything around you. Moreover, you begin to access states of higher consciousness and other dimensions where is no separation between you and the others. You will be identifying yourself with something more subtle - consciousness which is life itself manifesting in all different forms.
All above I believe you can recognize easily, you will feel lighter and more energetic as you will vibrate on higher frequency.

By the modality most people use, the 7th chakra is the crown chakra. The one that connects to higher planes, including our higher self.
The chakra in the forehead, the third eye, is usually referred to as the 6th chakra. And is involved in seeing more of this world. The many layers of this world around us.
Is this what you meant? Or do you use a different system?
Some of them call it 6th and some of the call 7th chakra. As it is believed we have chakras also above our physical body. In order to open it, all other chakras needs to be opened which are below.. I will write about that in some of my next articles. Thank you for your comment. Namaste.

Meditate every day for 30 min at least putting your focus on your 3rd eye.

I don't understand this concept at all.it seems interesting but illogical.
Can a person with resected pineal gland reach such a level?
Our pineal gland is in general not developed because of our life style, food we eat, water we drink, ego that we boost and so many other factors.. If we live being connected to nature we would have higher consciousness already. Stay tuned, it will be clarified step by step. Its good to be sceptical. Namaste.

What about a person X who developed tumour of pineal gland and his pineal gland was removed by neurosurgeons?
That person wont be able to experience spiritual aspect in this life, but that is ok as so many of the with healthy gland still dint.. Our bodies are being bombarded with internal and external factors. WE don"t live being aligned with our nature. If you have breakdown of any function, you are stressing it too much that it cannot heal itself, from there cancer and all sickness comes, as well as vibration that we create within ourselves feeling negative emotions. Kindly, don't take any words too literally, try to understand bigger picture. Matter comes from mind and not the way around. However, all of us make judgement based with all experience we had so far and that is truth for us.

Flouride is damaging our pinael gland, and we have flouride in water, tooth paste, ect, consuming it every day..
Let me conclude by saying that our pineal gland is very well developed.
Every organ undergoes senile changes with the passage of time even without any external agent.
