Where are you seeing those Labor's Luck things? I don't know if I have ever seen that screen. Also, there is some kind of new placeholder for land cards now, so you should check that too.

Labor's luck is an ability the land cards get at max level. When you have a card with Labor's luck assigned to a plot you get a chance at pulling a gold or black foil land card each time you harvest. I have 3 going but nothing yet :)
Where do I access this? I guess I haven't been paying attention.
There was a window to craft them, they all got crafted in a few days, now you can only buy them off the market and the market's pretty thin.
Ah crap, I must have totally missed it then. That sucks.
They boost production on the plots they're assigned to, so definitely worth looking into. It was a very popular promo so I'm sure they'll do it again at some point.
