Surfing is a water sport in which the person floats above the waves, usually in the oceans. There are ten recognized types of this sport, the most common being surfboarding, sometimes called surfing only.

Surfing Stages:
The wave rider paddles with both hands to gain speed, and when the wave is lifted the board stands upright and puts its weight on its front foot toward the shore.

The participant in the sport stands on a board, then slips along the top of the wave. All types of windsurfing require rapid and agile response to maintain the balance required for successful performance, which is true for surfboarding.

The wavewriter winds up on his stomach above the board, ready to ride the wave, then blasts with both hands beyond the point at which the waves are called the outer side. When a wave of at least a meter begins to move to the beach, , Then stands erect when the wave begins to lift the board carrying it towards the shore. The person transfers his weight so that he can direct the board across the face of the wave, that is, the static water just below the top of the wave.

Skilled surfers stand on the front of the board. The less experienced waveguards are close to the center, to maintain better control of the board. Surfers can perform some difficult maneuvers such as 360 ° rotation, a complete cycle. They can also perform a cruise, ie buoyancy up and down the wave face.

Many surfers train on the surf by running on the beach and windsurfing on the body. In order for them to do so, they have to wait until a high wave begins to move towards the shore. They then perform the so-called scissors, opening the two men first and then holding them together sharply in the direction of the beach. After swimming with several volleys on the top of the wave, the wave rider lowers his head downwards and bends his back, then puts his hands straight to his sides. And so the wave pays him to shore and he is in this situation. When the wave takes weakness, the surfers push their hands out and release between their legs to slow their movement. Thus, the wavelength of the body gives the wave a sense of balance and wave knowledge, which are good training for surfing on the plates.
