This argument came up as Nigeria lost to England in their international friendly match at wembly where Nigeria lost 2 goals 1 to the english side.

The super eagles started the match in a very sluggish way, there movements and runs shows fatigue and lack of the energy. This is true as they conceded in the first 6 minutes of the game with Gary cahil nodding the ball into the back of the net from a corner.
England clinched their second goal in the first from a power strike from England Skipper, harry kane. The goal keeper francis uzoho did little to handle the strike. Our hopes for a goop performace in the world cup was dashed to the wall with the result of the first half.
The second half was better. The super eagle added more vibe to their play and the were able to get a goal from the combination of Ighalo and Iwobi. One could be consoled at the end of the day that it probably might be to early to give up them.
The resolve of the entire argument is that the super eagles still needs some improvement in their pattern of play and energy levels if they are to put off a good performance in Russia
