I started a weekly series that will feature outstanding females; the aim is to motivate myself and other females on Steemit to aim high in life. My very first feature is none other than Facebook's Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg. According to Wikipedia she's an American technology executive, an activist and author.
She seats on the board of several companies including Facebook, The SUrvey Monkey, The Walt Disney Company amongst others.
My favorite quote from her is the title of this post and that is "In the Future they'll be no female leaders; there will just be leaders".
Looking forward to a world where there is gender equality and women are allowed to express themselves and aspire to any height of their choice without hindrance.

It will be great to have a world where everyone will be giving equal opportunity irrespective of gender. I anticipate to live in such a world.
