Cultivating it in the family for more than 16 years now in a 100% organic plantation in Katerini.

Here is a story on tobacco and the process we follow, from the seeds,to your mouth

Native americans were the first in the continent to heavily use and plant it but when the europeans arrived in the continent the helped spread the use After the industrial revolution cigarettes were a status symbol and more and more people started smoking on a daily basis. After the mid 1900s when the first studies started showing that tobacco products may be harmful it's growth was huge.

Drying tents

After collecting the tobacco leaf we pout each one of them on strings and hang them to dry for about 21 days

closing the tends around it ensures all the heat  stays packed in there and makes the tobacco sweat out all it's humidity

that is about 250 kilos (500 pounds) of pure tobacco.

Yeah,i do it all by my self since this season.

Yeap,that is my crop!

I have to pick each leaf from each plant one by fucking one.

Wanna join me?

After drying it we have to steam it using boiling water with rose petals and chamomile tea to take some of it's strength.Otherwise you cant smoke it.you'll be coughing out your lungs.trust me,i tried it.
