That's life, that happens on every platform. You just have to think that you have more chance to be noticed in steemit than any other platform that exists out there because of the low number of users at the moment.
Also, who defines amazing? You can make content and the world will decide if you deserve it's attention. If you don't get it's attention because he can't see you to give you his attention you have to change your tactic. Nobody became successful by complaining.
Of course those thought was general and not for @adil personally. I have some thoughts for your content Adil and I would love to give you some feedback if you care about it.
Yeah the less followers the lower the views and upvotes. If you have thousands of followers any even the worst content will generate a to of upvotes. That's the game I guess.
Or if you were born a beautiful girl. That's the trick right there!

Yeah it feels hard for noobs, but you need to work at steemit.
Post good content and you will gain followers who like your work, you will then get a decent amount back. I just got 300 followers (been here over a year) and I feel my payout is quite acceptable.

At the end of the day luckily most of the real hot/trending posts are at least well written stories imho.

Story of my life, Adil! But, you know, for me I write as a means to release creative energy. I've always been a writer. So, I'm doing it for me. If someone else reads what I wrote, then that's a great bonus! If someone comments or up votes , I am truly honored.

I feel your pain. I guess it's a learning process. What I see is there a tons of posts on "how to make money on Steemit". Some are informative and others are just noise from someone trying to get followers or make money. That's okay too but I for one like to see posts on other subjects. I don't have the inclination to just read "how to's" all day long. I prefer subjects that have real meaning. I'm not judging anyone. To each his own. I am in the early stages of the Steemit Community and learn something new everyday. For that I am very grateful.
I just started here a few days ago so luckily I am expecting not to many views or comments hopefully with time will slowly improve

In my experience on other social media they all have a best times to post. I wonder if anyone has studied the best times to post, based on where in the world you are. Obviously content is important but having great content that is posted at the wrong time would have to hurt your chances.
