We've been spending weeks working on the answers to those questions. It's part of the reason we've had to keep quiet for so long, we had a lot of organizing to do among various groups here in the Steem community, and a lot of coding to do, to bring down the costs of operating the servers.
Tomorrow there will be a formal announcement with details on the airdrop. In the days after that, we'll begin working together on what we want to do next. Many people, many ideas.
