I just wanted people to not blindly assume all is well, when it most definitely is not. There is a fight brewing amongst the premined whale stake account holders, it's been going on for quite some time and is coming up to a really big head now, which is about to burst all in our faces...
The final fruit of the premined securities of Steem fraud, is upon us. The only sane response is to reset the chain, migrate all accounts but no tokens or contracts mined before the launch of steemit.com, and set a 5% fixed reward payout weekly to steemit, inc to fund their development properly.
Mark my words, if Ned doesn't do it, someone else will do it, and take Steem away from Steemit.
It's really not that hard, you just have to be patient to wait the 3-4 days it takes to replay an RPC node, to generate the new genesis blocks (to migrate all the accounts and balances).
and of course, tell the witnesses they may attempt to get elected onto the new chain.
People are not that organized. I'd bet on that.
To qualify that.. this is not the world we should be living in... but we are...
