I support this project and have referred 14 people so far. I'm experiencing a similar issue like @bladez. My pending upvote isn't going down much because I'm not getting upvotes in a fast manner. I'm hoping with the more users we get the faster each person will get their upvotes? No matter what I am grateful for this project.
As I said: Users will upvote if they like.
write good posts and wait. I will add some new feature for increasing upvotes speed.

Hello @mahdiyari, we use couple accounts to test steemfollower what does it gives, and we get something intresting:
After we registered some users in steemfolower and began to test vote features the steemit.com takes back the loan 28SP back and bring back only 15SP! Our trial acc was created up to 1 day to 30 days old. All of them was powerdowned by steemit.com !
Most of users has bad quality of content and to vote somethig good is to hard at the moment.
Most steemfollower users voting any rubish and after refreshing it comes again and again. Here must did upgrade what voters can be aviable to see how many votes and award is on post. Like that is posible to make little bit more better quality of voting good posts.

Steemit.com and Steemfollower.com are not connected to each other.
Steemit.com can't detect you are using steemfollower.com.
Also, I think Creating multiple accounts using steemit.com is not legal.

Also i shure what most of steemfollower users was powerdowned to 14.5SP for steemit.com
Steemfollwer.com is not a bot. users will upvote posts if they like.
steemfollower are using steemconnect.com, which is used by busy.org too.
there is no way to detect an account is using steemfollower.com.
anyway, good luck.
You can detect steemfollower users without specific programs. Its enought just check a history in steemd.com by a person. By steemit.com rules, ONLY accounts who have 500SP or more can manualy edit SteemPower % and make a various strenght votes .
You can edit your voting weight by using chainbb.com too :)
Steemit.com will power down all accounts, Steemit needs more steem power to create more accounts. Create 2 accounts and don't use steemfollower by one of them.
you will see both of them will get lower steem power.
Creating account needs ~27 sp to delegate. steemit can't use 14 sp by default.
Please try with some accounts, then answer this comment.
