Today,
I am going to talk about some major issues that an Indian student have to face.
As we all have a pressure from a beginning of our school that we have to make sure that we have to secure a government job when we grow up.
But as we all know that there is a lot of complications a student have to face for securing a govt. job
One of the Basic problem of Indian education system is ‘Reservation’.
What Is Reservation?
It is a concept given by our ownerable leader Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar.
He was a lower cast man from a poor family but achieved something good with his talent.
I really appreciate his thoughts of reservation.
The program of reservation launched in 1950 and implemented in 1980.
What was his motive behind it?
The main motive of the reservation is to bring out the lower cast and give them a chance to achieve their goals and go with the Normal People.
What Is the structure?
He divided the people into four categories.
- General
- OBC(Other Backward Casts)
- SC
- ST
These are the structure of division.
How does it work?
People who belong from General category have no reservation. i.e. they have to come up with a huge potential in all the subjects.
Those who belong from OBC category they also have a same situation with a little change i.e. if general needs 95% of marks then OBC needs 90% to Qualify in any exams.
The third one is SC(Schedule Cast) in this category they don’t need to study much they have 60 % reserved seats and if they come up with 30% of marks he can qualify for that particular examination which is quiet easy.
ST is one of the BOON for Indian education that mean they just have to pass in the subjects and they will qualify.
Is it good or bad?
In my point of view I think reservation must not be there in education because everyone is working hard to get a good lifestyle and if they don’t get for what they worked hard then it demotivates them. I know they are poor and can’t afford that type of education system. So I think that government should make some awareness like they can do fees margin for them that the people of lower categories. And it will surely help them to make a good carrier without hiring the others opportunity.
What can we do?
I think youth is one of the best support of any country and if we come over on this agenda in front of the government, they will definitely listen to us. This will help all of us to make our Nation grow.
As we can see most of the IITians are not getting that much of money for what they worked hard.
Just because their seats are reserved for others.

I am against this reservation. I believe in deservation. Lekin agar ye ban nehi hua na toh, I have a solution for that, which I will implement.
Reservation dena hi he toh unko do, jo financially capable nehi he, unko upliftment chahiye hota he, already koi bank ke manager ke bete ko nehi chahiye, bhai.

Yes, ur right. Jiske pass thode bahut pese hote he wo kaha jate he govt. hospital.Par upar jo bhi mene kaha he, wo private me bhi lagoo karna chahiye, toh isse ye message jayega ki, log caste dekhkar docter se pass visi ar rahe, he. Toh isse sayad kisi ko sharmindi aye, aur log apna thinking badle. I am saying this from my personal experience, I have a friend who has an sc quote, but doesn't get selected.So one day while we were checking results on net, to his disappointment he didn't clear the exam, so he was trying to act as if he belongs to general category by saying the cutoff is very high for general, despite the fact I knew he has an sc quota(he told me once in our childhood day). That is to say, he was feeling embarrassed that he has an sc quota and even then couldn't clear the exam. That is my whole point.
I'm against with reservation when we living in one country then all the seats which is reserved for anyone.. should be equal for everyone.

Bro I'm not against reservation....why should we...I know it hurt when someone with low marks get much better job .....but just think bro there are only few people who get good job with low marks due to reservation.... India is a large country with huge population.....let's take a servey that how many upper caste people clean the main hole and Naala of a city....and how many priest of mandir is lower caste....when it come to job we shout reservation should be banned....bt job is not everything bro...we have to look in how much poverty they live....and if there is reservation to uplift their life standard ...then what's wrong with it
