In collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology, Goalanda Upazila Administration and Bangladesh Science and Industrial Research Institute organized the fair. The president of Goalanda Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Rubayet Hayat was the president of the inaugural ceremony.
Different educational institutions and government organizations of the upazila participated in the seminar and exhibition fair held at the Muktomanch Square in Goalanda upazila. Apart from this, a number of organizations from Dhaka also joined.
