Ingredients
2 kg young papaya, heavy after peeled
2 tablespoons whiting
1 kg of sugar
1 tbsp green dye
1 tbsp lemon juice (me: grated lemon rind)
Step
Peeled papaya n pieces according to taste
Soak in water + betel lime curleb 20-30min .. then Wash clean, drain ...
Cook together, sugar, dye, n lime juice (krn ga got, I pake grated lemon skin)
Cook until watering, then dry yourself ... I cook not too dry, so candied wet aja ... Enaak also ...
