Hi @shakkei its is so simple and straight forward, go to SteemBeem DAPP choose / click on your expected Number, if you Guess the Next Number you WIN the Jackpot, if you miss it the Jackpot increases until somebody WIN it. Every time you participate you get 1 BEEM token as a Proof Of Participation. You can redeem your BEEM tokens for a Post Promotion / Resteem and a Post Upvote
For a bid upvote you paste your post url and the BEEM amount you want to bid, Voting Power will be distributed with other's bids e.g. if you put 1 BEEM and another person put 2 BEEM you will have a 33.33% Upvote ( 1 / 3 ) from SteemBeem.
