Unless you are on the blacklist: yes. And the Hive developers messed the blacklist up so there are more people on the list that should be.
I wasn't on the black list last time I looked at the one you provided. So if I have a hundred steem than I should have gotten 200 total in Hive?....if so who do I go complain to about that if you know.
No. If you had a hundred STEEM you get a hundred HIVE resulting in 100 STEEM + 100 HIVE.
