- The weakness of STEEM is the 13 week lock down period for SteemPower. No large investor want to freeze her/his assets for 13 weeks, specially not in a volatile environment like cryptocurrencies.
- STEEM is among the top 10 currencies with the lowest trading volume which is a bad sign for investors since it shows the lack of interest and the danger of price manipulation because a single large holder can move the price up or down.
- STEEM is listed on just a few big exchange which further shows to point 2 the lack of interest.
