Hello @smartsteem! I am considering delegating a small amount
of steem to your account. I just wanted to first check to see if this
account engages in flagging of non-spam, or non-plagiarized content?
E.g. idological differences, or if content is perceived to be inaccurate.
P.S. I see flagging as a sort of soft-censorship on the Steemit UI because it can result
in collapsed comments, dithered text, and hidden posts. I can no longer in good
conscience support accounts that make a practice of engaging in that type of activity.
