Whalie is an experiment for creating an unconditional basic income system all together on planet earth.
What if to be whalie unconditional like a water well. You can drink when you are thirsty even if you are not throwing any cent into it. We can build up a similar system like the steemit platform. Removing some features like downvote and the chance of powering down to prevent any abusing then integrate autovoting and I guess it's done. The rest is depends on our honest and selfless giving to others, and it can be our reality. :) Of course it is just a quick template but with fine tuning, this should be work. What are your thoughts?

great idea , and yeah i noticed here in steemit even i vote others and comment in their blogs or ask anything they do not reply mostly ,
if i am one of the high members i would still reply all questions specially to new ones

no, whalie is similar to the steemit money system with a little twist on it, but partly yes because it will be a new blockchain dedicated to basic income. I'm working on the white paper now.
Communism works in theory never in reality. Humans are competitive and lazy. The two don't mix. Both will take advantage and ruin the system. Only free market and capitalism work. Religion is needed to balance the two in order to bring compassion and morality in the mix. My 2 cents

Look, Nature says a society can survive even with lazy members "leaching" of the system !

The need for basic human rights (food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, education) is stronger than ever before - I am with @outerground you need to hit the project management phase. The idea is brilliant.
