Qualities of a person Responsible in the work of God

Before describing the qualities of a responsible person, we will briefly define what is the responsibility that is more to us than the fulfillment of the assumed obligations. Proving that each quality is sustained in the bible.

In the book of Colossians 3:23 "And whatever you do, do it with your heart, as for the Lord and not for men." A person who loves God fulfills the assumed obligation, doing it with love and dedication because he is not doing it so that men see his valuable work but his father who is in heaven.

I am the director of a Sunday school and I am teaching my team how we should work for our God, inside and outside the work. Since we live in a society where values have been lost and where lies abound to hide our faults but this has consequences in our salvation.

Qualities of a responsible person:

1-. The puntuality: In the book of Ecclesiastes 3: 1-11. He says there is time for everything.

So if we plan well our time we will be punctual people.

2-. He prepares to perform his job: In the book of Proverbs 22:29, "Have you seen a man request in his work? In front of kings he will be, he will not be in front of those of low position."

The one who prepares to do a good job in front of important people will sit down and admire their work and their knowledge.

3-. He is respectful and collaborative: he is a person who helps his teammates, makes the team lighter and has good relations with his teammates. It is characterized by being simple, attentive, cordial and considerate.

In Galatians 6:10 "Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, and especially to those of the family of faith."

4-. Is communicative: If there is something that bothers you, express it to the right person in a good tone, avoiding any situation to create a gossip or misunderstandings in the work team.

Proverbs 16:24 "Honeycomb are soft sayings, softness to the soul and medicine for the bones." We must always speak with sweet and soft words to avoid contentions. And so we build the people around us.

Colossians 3:13 "Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a complaint against another: as Christ forgave you, so also do ye."

We can say then that a responsible person is one who is consistent with their actions, who fulfills their duties and is able to assume their mistakes.
