Really nice app and worths a trial. Though I feel it's an infringement on human privacy, your caller should always know if you're the one calling, this is the right way to do it... I suggest

i finally got the mail, but i noticed it's not open to other countries except USA. and it's also a paid service

This reminds me of those scams out there calling people moniles every single day.
No doubt this is for personal use to protect youself for a good thing.
If this falls to bad intentions, people can use it for bad purposes.
