As we all may know that coding and developing the website or a project can be so stressful hard and even dealing with the codes can be boring.
And what Codelr wants to break the barrier between the borning in the developements was created with this reason, and it does this with a team work, where some people can come together work on developing one project, in the same time the old codes can be saved and use in the future, this tool is great and developers can easily share informations with each other while they do a project, and can be more organized somehow with the libraries created among the teams.
So you can create here team with people that are developers like you that you may even know who they are, and this is something great and the power of Codelr and internet technology itself. projects like this make internet more useful and easier in this case like for developers, and this is great product and helpful one.
PROS:
The idea behind codelr is so good, to break the barriers between the developer and the boring so far, the website its self is designed very well and it looks easy to use
CONS:
It may have some more stronger competitors but maybe not offering the same things
they charge some billings but they use security for that

like you said where some people can work together in developing a project, this is awesome. Very helpful for many developers in building a project. Which I love from this tool is having open-source.
