for example do you really Want to let a car owner that they have actually blocked all your exit? or maybe there is someone who actually did forgot their pet in his or her car and you would like to inform them?it could be anything…”karkoona” is a great tool to use...

I really appreciate this application.
It is really necessary, but I also believe that owners must provide their information earlier, this makes the data source richer and when needed we can contact the car owner.
It should be popular!
I kinda like this idea, but I don't think it will gain popularity as it concerns the privacy of the car owner. Good idea though.
