This is really a great product to exercise for everyone whether you are a boxer or a common man. It is It will also help you to remove your anger and feel free after punching it.

This looks great. It looks like you can set it up anywhere in the house as oppose to a real boxing bag that takes up a lot of space. Plus it makes less noise which is good if you don't want to anger your family or neighbours.

Quiet Punch is different then other punch bags all four sides are attached with the springs which make Quiet Punch flexible. Cool hunt
