I was sent a proposal to utopian.io to make reading the FAQ obligatory after signing up. That was right after I had discovered there was Such a thing like a FAQ... after being here for 5 months, haha.
The FAQ is so plain and boring that few people read it trough. Steemsavvy should solve that problem...
