I ran into the new contest by @conradt a couple of days ago.
I started preparing my entry, but got sidetracked.
Since I’m not really at the top of my game yet, I completely forgot about it later on.
Now I’ve just discovered the contest is almost over, there is no other way than to finally write the post I had started.

SteemShare
Steemshare is a tool developed by @originate.
It is still in alpha testing phase, which means it’s far from perfect yet. There are a lot of functionalities that could be a great improvement.
But it looks like new features are being added on a regular base.
Bookmarking
If you are a bit like me, you probably think that the absence of a bookmarking feature on SteemIt is a big deal.
I like to save posts that are interesting to me, or make a list of profiles I really want to check in on regularly.
Steemshare is a tool that allows you to do that and even more.

Steemshare allows you to:
Organize your favorite steem posts into private or public lists.
Discover other steem users favorite posts by different topics.
No more storing a bunch of bookmarks or pasting in notepad.
New features are being added regularly
How It Works: Creating Lists
After creating your account at Steemshare (email address and password only), you can create as many lists as you want.
In these lists, you can save any number and any sort of link you want: both SteemIt links and external links. This allows you to create very useful collections of related links.
Below, you can see the lists I’ve created so far:
How It Works: Adding Links & Sharing
Once you’ve created a list, you can start adding relevant links. This means you have quick access to the sites, profiles or posts you need.
So far, it might look like a regular bookmarking tool to you.
The most useful feature, however, is the ability to share your lists with others.
For example, if I want to show you the very useful SteemIt tutorial by @markrmorrisjr called Dolphin School Bootcamp, all I need to do is share with you the list in which I saved all tutorial posts.

My lists are far from complete, and more links will be added in the future.
I assume you get the picture by now. Steemshare does not only allow you to organize your own SteemIt related, useful links, but you can also help out others by using the sharing functionality.
On top of that, once you are logged in to your account, you can add links to other people’s lists to complete them.
Cons
We must not forget this tool is still in alpha testing phase. There are quite a few things that need to be improved:
Sort lists feature.
Give links a title to make links more easy to find in a list.
Be able to change the order of the added links.
Be able to delete links from a list.
Search feature.
I assume many of these features will be implemented sometime in the future.
Meanwhile, Steemshare is already a useful tool no Steemian can live without.

Let me suggest something that may help your readers a lot. You should justify your posts.
The difference will be huge. Just like on picture below:

This is interesting: I would not recommend justifying posts. @crypto.piotr, I'd be interested to know whay you think it would help @simplymike's readers?
From a reading perspective, the eye "expects" the same amount of space between words, and a jagged right margin, which is what happens when you right align text. When I was writing learning materials, it was always a battle with the designers - they wanted to justify everything because they thought it looked better. I had to constantly point out that the materials were to be read so that people could learn. Who won? Anyhow, test it for yourself and see which body of text is easier to read.

I wrote my suggestion based on my own personal experience. I found it easier to read justified text. And again, that's only friendly suggestion :)

I can tell you that after writing hundreds of articles for several different publications, I've never been asked to justify my writing. They have all asked for AP format.
But if I was paying for a course in College and my professor said to justify the text, that is how I would do it. :)

I guess you're professional and you know better. I realized that some poeple like it justified and many doesnt. I only shared my personal (not profesional) opinion.

Personally, I don’t like to tead justified text. For some reason, it feels unnatural to me

It’s a tool I’ve been using since I first started on SteemIt. Because of some missing features - like reordening and deleting links - it became kind of a mess, but I created a new account just before I wrote this post. Copied the important stuff and put them in the correct order, so I will be good for a couple of months again :0)

This looks awesome! Like you, I get sidetracked all over the place, so I started using oldschool sticky notes, but then my table was soon covered in them; so I switched to keeping a note book and pen beside me, but that too is a mess of scribbles that I occasionally sort through and think, "oh yeah, I was going to do that" :) So, perhaps this will solve my problem.
Who am I kidding...I probably need professional help :)
Guess being organised was a subject at the technical school we both didn’t go to, lol.
I too have sticky notes, notebooks (plural), my phone’s notebook and Steemshare (and like 30 tabs open in my browser at the same time), but to be honest... I’m still all over the place and sidetracked every 10 seconds...
Maybe we should start a self-help group... something like the AA, but we should call it the AHU: Anonymous Hopeless Unorganized ;0P
hahaha that's funny! I have found that Fast Reply has totally put blinders on me when I'm replying to all of my comments and it is amazing. I don't get distracted at all. I do bookmark things that are important and periodically run through those, but generally speaking, I do keep a plan in place and years of teaching 150 kids a day gave me the tools to either remember a lot of stuff or at the very least, pretend to look organized :)
I should try it out sometime, but can’t get it to work on my phone. Maybe later, when I’m motivated enough to take out my tablet again... :0)

That is an interesting tool. I have a series of articles that I would like to be able to revisit and the current layout of Steemit makes it hard for me to do that. I will have to check into this Steem Share tool. Thanks for sharing.

Steemshare is perfect to save like a series of articles. Just be sure to save them in the right order (if order is important).
The site could use a lot of improvements, still I use it quite fequently.
