Steemit Iron Chef 2017 #02: Fairy Tale Drink

Hello steemians !!!!! This is my entrie for @steemit-ironchef about carrots. I hope you enjoy it.

I like to prepare nutritious drinks for my children, combining vegetables and fruits. Recently, they told me, "Mommy, you're going to poison us" ; I said them: "I just want to raise up healthy kids.

A Fairy Tale Drink

Ingredients:

• 1 grated carrot
• 3 tablespoons quick cooking oats
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons soy milk powder (you can use other milk)
• The juice of 2 lemons
• 5 or 6 cups cold water
• 1 teaspoon white vanilla
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in the blender jar, blend for 5 minutes and strain.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Services: 3

Interesting way of blending the oats into the drink. It's like a little hidden gem within the drink.
