In Cyprus and on holiday - so I'm back with an amazing starter made with avocado - an old time favourite - avocado ritz
Cut the avocado's in half and remove pip
Boil shrimps for about 5 minutes and drain
Mix together some mayonnaise, tomato sauce and a capful of brandy
Almost ready to serve
