The first US state to prohibit the taxation of the blockchain, for reasons such as, that it could kill innovation, has recently converted a bill into state law. The bill reads: "[A] local government from: (1) imposing a tax or fee on the use of a blockchain; (2) requiring a certificate, license or permit to use a blockchain; and (3) imposing any other requirement relating to the use of a blockchain."
This seems the right move for Nevada, and let's pray it sets a precedent where such a law creates a ripple effect, urging similar bills in other states which read the same.
With such a race in the crypto realm, of who finishes top, for healthy competition it is essential that we do not impose unnecessary levies which could halter or kill innovation:
It is good to see when rights are afforded and system interference is subdued!
