For the past 12 hours I have been asleep for at least 7 hours which is very unlike me. It all started after Breakfast which for some reason was a little heavy for me. After eating Breakfast every time I strolled back to my Bed I just fell asleep. I wake up about 1-2 hours later and then do some work and if I strolled back to a Bed I tend to go back to sleep.
I have had days where I am tired and just want to stay in Bed but this is something I never had. It feels real weird doing this. Currently I am lying in my Bed I am still sleepy even though I slept close to 7 hours today.
The only explanation I can give is that I must have been hit by a Wave of Fatigue and that is what's keeping me in Bed.
