    So, you mean the SteemIt.com website is centrally hosted? But two years back, somebody on the internet already said SteemIt.com couldn't be opened, and then 1 year after that, it COULD be opened. That why I think the website iteself is also decentralized and competing with govts' computers can solve the problem

    Nah, I doubt, the blockchain is what's decentralized.

    Steemit is headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA.

    Anyway, a move to POW isn't gonna happen, it will make Steem super slow, we're stuck with dpos.

    Yeah.. that's what YouTubers fervently debate on. haha... luckily there still are VPNs that help.
