Ingredients
10 pcs of small white tofu, crushed with a fork
1 pcs carrot, shredded (finely chopped sauce)
2 pieces of vermicelli / soun, soak hot water until limp, then cut into pieces
2 btr eggs, shake off
1 btng green onion, finely sliced
1 btng celery, finely sliced
4 cloves of garlic, puree
to taste salt, pepper & powdered broth
🌸 dyestuff 🌸
2 eggs bb (sy 1 pell aja kinda big)
2 tbsp tapioca, dissolved with 2 tbsp water
to taste salt & pepper powder

Step
Combine tofu, vermicelli, carrot, spring onion, celery, garlic, salt, pepper & powdered broth, stir well, taste the taste (strengthen a little salty taste because the eggs have not yet entered), add eggs, stir back until all mixed well.

Prepare a cookie cake talam, basting thin cooking oil ², then fill with the dough tofu, ¾ its course, while compacted yaa ...

Steam for - / + 15 minutes (steam was preheated). Lift, after a little warm out of the mold, let cool.

Enter the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, so the dough set (sy make malem, the next day just fried).

Create dye dough: mix all dyestuffs.

Heat the cooking oil. Take one by one dough tofu, dip into dye, lngsng into the pan, fry until browned. Lift, drain the oil.

Serve with cayenne pepper when likes.

This can make a stock of snacks yaa, after steamed can be stored in the refrigerator, stay fried when desired 👌
