My tip:
Take care of yourself first and foremost! Like they say on the airplane "please administer your oxygen mask to yourself first". If you are not taken care of, especially if you are the most skilled in survival, you will not be able to help others to the best of your ability.

I think it's a big one. People even forget about it without being in a survival situation! I notice this in parents especially! I also have to remind my husband to take care of himself because he is the major breadwinner in our household.
Yea. I get that from my wife all the time, Lol. "Stop stressing you're gonna have a heart attack!" Haha. But a very solid point! : )
