Difficulty of new user to succeed on Steemit, 新手在steemit的生存难度

Hello Steemit friends, recently some of my new friend who want to try Steemit told me about the difficulty of using Steemit

It is hard to get a new account, sometimes they waited 2 weeks and no confirmation email, I really hope Steemit can make a way to really speed up the registration process so that new user can get account quickly
After they post, no body read or care about them and they make next to nothing. This is a difficult area that hard to fix because let say Steemit have 1 million new user, who can afford to read all 1 million post right? This one I am also out of idea, we cannot have a bot that automatically upvote everyone because if we do that someone will create 1 million bot account to milk the money, so for new comer it is extremely hard for them to survive on Steemit, it is up to their friends who have tons of Steem power to continue to encourage them by reading and upvoting their post, but I doubt many have huge steem power friends, so it is very difficult

Sorry I am not a whale and even if I am a whale I would not know an effective way to solve this problem, hopefully someone with high IQ can figure out how to solve this, or Steemit is actually not a place that suitable for everyone

大家好，最近有新朋友告诉我现在玩steemit有多么的难

１。开户口都出奇的难，很多开了等两星期都没email回复的，我真希望官方可以处理好这一块

２。就算户口开了，写的东西也没人读没人看没人赞，这一点别说新人，就算我这老人写东西有时候也觉得真没几个人读，我也想不到有什么解决的方法，如果官方不论好帖坏帖全部都赞，那么一定会有大量机器人开１百万个户口和写几百万个烂贴来骗赞，所以这样可行不通，可是如果要靠人来读然后才赞，那就太难了，因为新手有百万人，没有人有时间和精神去一个一个看然后赞，所以到最后，新手只能靠他们真实世界的朋友来赞他们，可是又有几个人有大鲸鱼是朋友？

我不是大鲸鱼，就算我是我也不知道解决的方法，真希望有天才可以想到解决的方法，或者说本来steemit就不是适合每个人玩的地方

I guess there's no way around this. I think Steemit is a little like an online RPG game. You accumulate Steem, SBD, or SP by publishing and commenting on posts, akin to grinding through the different levels in a game. Just got to stick it out and persevere through.
