How many months or years are we going to wait for YouTube to approve channels that are already connected to Verified Partner accounts? YouTube has really dropped the ball. It's free hosting for someone wanting to put up a quick video of little Billy kicking a soccer ball but for those of us that spent an insane amount of time to build a following have really been screwed.

Check this out. For 5 months I've been waiting for this channel to get approved. It keeps on growing as we wait for YouTube to get their shit straight.

You the man! Upvoted 100% brother. Let's keep the movement going! Follow me back @investing, Luke Steemwalker, I'm here to blow this shit up too!

Tell us how you really feel. I've done work on youtube for years, and I too have to admit that its rules are ever changing and seems to differ from channel to channel. Its like a case by case situation where the bots and human checkers dont agree. If you post the same video on separate channels, one might be flagged for stupid reasons and the other is still monetizable.

The only reason I still use youtube is because they have a higher traffic rate then dailymotion. Nobody surfs on dailymotion. If there is any it comes in the form of search engines and social media.

I dare you to quit YouTube! Say anything you want about YouTube, unless you and others with lots of influence stop posting on their site to make a point, they will keep making things worse and worse. Also, they have been good to you in the past, don't bite the hand that feeds. They made you wealthy. Just being honest. I usually just write 'way to go' and 'you are right.' But I didn't feel like sucking up this time for upvotes.

It would be interesting if we organized a boycott YouTube week. Don't watch videos on YouTube don't post videos on YouTube for one whole week. See if we can get a mass amount of people to survive with just dtube or bitchute or something.

I don't think we would make a dent in the traffic that youtube generates. If anything, i would like to see popular youtubers release their content on dtube first. After 7 days, then they should upload to youtube.

He doesn't have to quit Youtube, he still has money to make there and an audience to bring. He worked to make his YouTube money, it's not like they have donated to him and "fed" him charitably

More Youtubers should follow you

Couldn't agree more stunnerman. Those guys are like timers in diapers

love you to pete :)

you cant say that, youtube made a living for you, you made millions of dollars on youtube and i guess its still paying your more than steemit. Respect youtube as well

I lost all faith in YouTube after they decided to punish the small channels for what Logan Paul did back in January.
