So I just fell over this guy who explained about steem on youtube, he used weusecoins as the source of information. During this, he mentioned a wooping 100% inflation on steem. Unless I have something completely wrong, that could not be further from the truth. Since it should be at about 9.5% and should head over the next 20 years or so for 0.95% inflation rate.
Here is what weusecoins are (wrongly) saying

It really hurts to see so much misinformation going around, hopefully we can drown it out. I was even getting a bit nervous myself if it was real, but at least I already had the knowledge to decline this.
None the less it was a good reminder to always taking what you read with a grain of salt and make your own research.

Thanks @holm, one thing that I observed about steem is that it’s surrounded by many haters and there are many that are envious about the philosophy backing steem blockchain.
Every effort is being made by rivals and antagonistics to bring steem down through profanity but the power of steem blockchain is enough to defend itself, steem has proved it to the world since 2016 that it is here to change the norms!

Weirdly enough, there also seem to be a lot of people using Steem that appear to want to destroy it. I am always amazed when I see someone with a really large stake constantly bash the platform. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot!
@holm. I am a noob to steemit and alittle nieve when it comes to all the fake stuff on the internet. So ill take all the help i can get.
