@tipU APR is almost 3 percentage points higher than the second service - that's relative 17% more (2,91% / 16,92%). If you know any higher paying service than @tipU be sure to let me know in the comments :)
It's not a better paying service, but for a small delegation to @share2steem, they return about 17%, and send you @tipu tips when you "level up" (which just means remain a delegator for a period of time. I'm surprised it's not on Steemprofit's list!
