Though i am not as old as you but before HF19 things were good and now account holders are feeling insecure in terms of their voting powers, thats the reason mostly people leaves a comment but they don't upvote and few upvote with their 1% vote.. thats the reason but sometime i try to find solution. What i have done is made a watsapp group and included my friends. All share posts only and everybody upvote with their 100 % power and that we found useful.. hope it helps and ready to include in our group if interested.. not only you everybody is invited ..
