Not even sure what to say other than how grateful I am for @gina.bot and @steemcleaners and guys like you @themarkymark.
Although it's basically mentally-retarding to have to contend with this, as you have clearly depicted by the way it tends to go, I am somewhat relieved that we have the community with us in this.
I have so far been fortunate to not have much of this kind of thing happen to me, but on one specific incident, I was beyond surprised at how the community stepped in and supported me to make sure my content wasn't being handled by someone's tacky Steemit antics.
