There is no way to keep up with a feed, let alone new posts. I have a schedule now to keep it all in perspective. Post at a certain time, check replies, reply back if necessary, then into my feed for a time. I try to upvote and comment on those I do upvote... as it may warrant.
The benefits have been great for me here on Steemit, but still working it daily... or refining if you will.
