The community enforces the rules, my hunter gather ancestors just tossed the person out of their tribe when they wouldn't or couldn't get along with everyone. The people would decide. Even nature has rules like cause and effect. Codes of conduct are important...Is it okay for someone to steal what you have or murder whomever they want?

In anarchy- yes. Im trying to find a job now, but refuse the offers Im getting from boeing, Lockheed Martin and others. Because I dont want to be employed in the DOD murder instustry. If you kill one person- youre a murderer. If you kill 50- youre a serial killer. If you kill 15,000- your a top military brass. If you kill over 1,000,000- then you get your picture front and center on US and other world currencies. Understand how it works now? The hunter gatherers are gone- displaced by the organized and civilized, who eithr enslaved them or just masscered them for their resources. RESOURCES = WHAT EVERYONE IS FIGHTING OVER. OIL, money, votes on steemit, labor, drugs, technology, raw materials. Can I get a witness?

Voluntarily accepting a set of behaviorally norma doesn’t contradict anarchy. Just visit a rainbow gathering sometime.

There is a rather large flock of wild feral hippies who thrive in the Ocala National forrest in Florida. They have their kids their and live off the fat of the land. The Game Warden and others have failed utterly at removing them. I say live and let live. They arent hurting anyone, but I need a refridgerator and ice and air conditioning in my old age. A quality high speed internet connection, running water and electricity is something they have learned to exist without.

We all follow rules anyways....lolol, we are not aware of them. It's called conditioning. People that are aware of this blind conditioning take advantage. But everyone has different kinds of conditioning so you will get all sorts of disagreements regarding rules of order. You get a psychopath involved in anarchy you will get a plutocracy, he will gather all his minions, form monopolies and take over your little economy and this will spread like a virus throughout the land until only a few psychopaths own all the assets and control all the power.

That's what happened to American's Democratic Republic, which isn't like a true democracy, which every one has the same power when it comes to their vote.

I like to break or bend the rules. I bought this electric smoker from Lowes a few months ago and it explicity says "outdoor use only", but it got rained on and I like it so much, because it only uses 1100 watts of electricity and it takes about 4-5 hours to smoke a ham or turkey to PERFECTION. 5hrs @ 14 cents per Kwh= 77 cents to smoke a turkey or ham. A bag of charcoal is almost $10-20 US, and the cost savings is paid for it already. I used a new 4" aluminum dryer duct to vent the smoke from the wood chips ($4.95 a bag, and smoked over 15 hams and turkeys for the holidays) in the comfort of my home- even when its raining outside. When Im done smoking the meats, I empty the drip pan over my dogs food bowl, and roll it into the laundry room and store my smoke vent on top of it. sometimes the rule NEED to be broken for process improvent and assymetrical problem solving. I put a moist washcloth around the top of the exhaust vent and no smoke comes inside. Look at that 20lb turkey in there. MMMM.
