Very nice I always love Proverbs, but it scares me as I don't always think I am ready because some days I feel awful, when my 95 year old mother in law drive me up the wall. In my heart I know not to get angry but I am only human. This is where the problem lies. Sometimes we loose it even just in our mind, but that counts just as much as saying it out loud. Thanks for your post.
