Currently, authors get 75% of a post's rewards while 25% goes to curators. The split will be 50-50 in HF21.
Well that sounds like a horrible idea. How would low SP steemians get anything? Is the idea that more people would vote more often, so that would counterbalance the 25% loss? Because I feel like that would only work if they also change how quickly voting power recharges.
